“Since 1993, God has used Samaritan’s Purse to deliver over 200 million Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts to children in need and disciple 50 million of these boys and girls.” Join us as we participate in Operation Christmas Child this holiday season. We will have a booth available in the back of the sanctuary with more information and supplies for participating in this wonderful ministry.

Adventure Club is a fun and free summer time activity for kids ages 5-12. Adventure Club is funded and sponsored by CEF Colorado. This year’s them is “Rescued! Jesus: My Savior and Friend”. There will be prizes, games, songs, Bible and missions stories, and crafts. Join us from 9:30am-11:30am June 27th, 28th, and 29th.

Resurrection Festival

Resurrection Festival

The third annual Resurrection Festival in Durango begins on Friday April 7, 2023 and will be even bigger than last year. Kick off the festival with us at Good Friday worship at Gospel Church Durango. After Good Friday worship, fill downtown Durango in the evening with songs of praise. Join the joyful procession down Main Street on Saturday morning, then celebrate at the block party with games and festivities, a feast (feast registration required), and a concert and dance.

The festival culminates Sunday morning, when we all go to our local churches to worship the Risen Christ.

Join us directly after worship service on Sunday, April 2nd (Palm Sunday) as we celebrate our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Jesus made a way for us to be saved from sin and eternal separation from God by way of suffering and dying on a cross, then resurrecting to defeat death. Thank God for His amazing sacrifice and love for each of us. Let’s celebrate Him. We will be eating together (potluck style) and enjoying some games and fellowship. Please bring a dish or dessert to share.
